Club management

A white-label app for your players

Your logo, your colour and your own address. Your players do not see Mixines anywhere, and they certainly do not see the club down the road. Because your player base is yours, not a platform's.

The objection every club director actually has

When a club considers bringing in a new tool for its events, the question it asks in the second meeting is not the price. It is this one:

“If I send my members to an app that isn't mine, whose members are they in six months?”
The question every club director asks, sooner or later.

It is a reasonable question, because the business model of the big padel platforms depends on the answer being “theirs”. A marketplace makes money when the player discovers other clubs, compares prices and books wherever the time suits. You brought the traffic; they monetise it.

Mixines does not have that business model. There is no club search, no community, no open matches from anywhere else and no “clubs near you”. We could not monetise your player base if we wanted to: the product is not built for it.
What is included

How far the white label goes

And how far it does not, said out loud too, so nobody signs up expecting something that is not there.

Club plan

Your logo

You upload it from your club settings and it appears in the header of the list and in the icon the player saves to their home screen.

Club plan

Your colour

The club's corporate colour tints the buttons and the accents across everything the player sees.

Club plan

No signature of ours

On the free plan there is a discreet TribuGEO signature on the page players see. On the paid plans it disappears: Mixines is visible only in the organiser panel.

All plans

Your own address

app.mixines.com/yourclub. A fixed link you can put on your website, on your posters and in the WhatsApp group description.

All plans

Zero visible competition

Not a link, not a mention, not a listing of other clubs. The only people who reach your list are the ones with your link, and there is no account following the player anywhere else.

Not yet

Own domain and sponsor slot

A domain of yours (events.yourclub.com) we set up by hand, case by case, on the Club + plan. And the slot for a sponsor's logo does not exist yet: it is on the list, not in the product.

If your club is international, this matters. The list your players use is in Spanish and in English: there is an EN/ES button on the page, and each phone remembers the choice, so a Spanish member and a Swedish member can read the same list each in their own language. What is Spanish only is the organiser side — settings, subscription, contract and manual — which is what you read, not your players. If you need the organiser screens in English too, say so before you sign up: they are not there today and we will tell you straight whether we can build them and when.
The data

Whose players they are, in writing

This is not a sales promise: it is in the data processing agreement we sign with you.

  • The data belongs to the club. Argentina Pura S.L. acts only as data processor, following your instructions.
  • We do not contact your players. Not with advertising, not with surveys, not for anything.
  • We do not cross data between clubs. Each club has its own space: there is no shared player profile.
  • We store the minimum: first name, phone number and whether they are a member. Phone numbers are deleted automatically after twelve months and only the organiser sees them.
  • If you leave, we delete. No lock-in and no keeping your base “in case you come back”.
Questions

Questions about branding and data

Is it a native App Store and Google Play app?

No, and that is deliberate. It is a web application that opens from a link and that the player can add to their home screen with your logo, as if it were native. Making people install an app from a store is the fastest way to lose half your members.

What exactly does my player see?

Your club's name, your logo and your colour, at your own address. No reference to other clubs, no search, and — on the paid plans — no branding of ours.

Can I use my own domain?

On the Club + plan yes, but it is set up by hand: you give us a subdomain of your website, point it at our servers and we configure the certificate. It is not self-service yet.

Can I export my data whenever I want?

You can ask us for it whenever you want and we give it to you in a standard file. Today that is a request to us, not a button in the panel: automatic export is still to be built.

Can I change the wording? What language is it in?

The wording is ours and is the same for every club, but the list your players use comes in Spanish and English, with a button to switch that each phone remembers. The organiser screens — settings, subscription, contract and manual — are Spanish only for now. What you write yourself is the name of your events, the descriptions, the rules and the messages to the group, in whatever language you like.
