Your club's mixins, off WhatsApp and already paid for
No app to install, no sign-ups, no commission on your courts, and no chance of your players seeing the club down the road. Mixines is not a marketplace: it is your software.
Your club's mixin is run in a chat with eighty people in it
Every club does it the same way: someone pastes a list, people copy it, edit it and paste it back. And every week exactly the same things happen.
Someone vanishes
Two people edit the list at the same time and the second one wipes out the first without noticing. They turn up on Monday morning, when there is no place left.
A court sits empty
Someone drops out on Sunday night and their place dies there, while four pairs wait on the reserve list and nobody tells them.
Someone chases the money
The organiser collects from 36 people by hand, notes down who has paid in a notebook, and three are always missing.
One fixed link, one list that actually works
You publish the event once and send the link to the group. From then on, the list runs itself.
- They sign up from their phone, as a pair or on their own. Whoever comes alone chooses to join someone already waiting for a partner, or to open a new pair. Nothing to install, no passwords.
- Nobody overwrites anybody. Every move is processed on the server one at a time. If two people go for the same place, one gets in and the other sees it immediately.
- The waiting list moves up on its own the moment someone drops out, in order of arrival and without leaving places empty.
- Payment on sign-up, by card or Bizum, through your own terminal (Club plan). The organiser sees who has paid next to each name; on the Free plan they tick it by hand.
- The organiser is in charge: drag players to pair them up, assign courts and match-ups, draw prizes and message whoever needs messaging on WhatsApp.
- Several events at once: mixed, men's, women's or open (anyone can join); Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Each with its own list and its own payments, and if the match moves to another day, you move it without rebuilding the list.
Three ways in, depending on what you need today
Each block is a complete guide. If you are only here to sort out Thursday's mixin, start with the first one.
What a padel mixin is
Americano, pozo, mexicano: how each format works, how many courts it needs and how to run it at your club without it falling apart.

Run a competitionWe are not a marketplace. We are your software.
It is the difference that weighs most in a club's decision, and it is almost never said out loud.
| Marketplace-style platforms | Mixines | |
|---|---|---|
| What your player sees | Your club and the other ten in your town | Your logo, your colour and nothing else |
| Whose player is it | The platform's | The club's, in writing |
| Commission per booking | A percentage of every court | None: you collect through your own terminal |
| Player sign-up | An account, a password and an app installed | A link and their name |
| Replaces your booking system | Yes, and ties you to it | No: it lives alongside Playtomic or Matchi |
One week, without touching anything you already have
Day 1 · Sign-up and video call
We set you up and walk you through the organiser panel in 20 minutes. There is nothing to install on your server or on your computer.
Day 2 · First event published
You publish your first mixin and send the link to the usual group. People sign up that same afternoon and you watch the list fill up live.
Day 7 · Payments switched on
With your terminal credentials we turn on payments in test mode, you make a test payment and then go live. From then on, every place is paid for on sign-up.
What clubs ask us
Do players have to install an app?
No. It opens from a link on any phone and can be added to the home screen as if it were an app. No sign-ups and no passwords: just their name and a contact number for the organiser.
Will my players see other clubs?
No. Mixines is not a marketplace: there is no club search, no community and no open matches from anywhere else. The only people who reach your list are the ones with your link, and inside there is not a single mention of another club.
Who owns my players' data?
The club does, in writing: TribuGEO acts only as a data processor. We do not contact players, we do not cross data between clubs, and we export the lot to you whenever you ask. Phone numbers are deleted automatically after twelve months and only the organiser sees them.
What card terminal do I need to take payments?
Any Redsys virtual terminal, which is what almost every Spanish bank issues. If you already take card payments on your website, you already have one. It is switched on with three details your bank gives you, and Bizum runs through the same terminal.
What if a player signs up and does not pay?
You see it on the list, marked as pending. From there you decide: charge them at reception, or take them off so their place goes back to the list and the first reserve moves up.
What does it cost?
You start with 30 days of the Club plan for free, with no card and no commitment. After that you choose: the free plan, forever, with up to 50 players signed up a month and payment outside the app, or the Club plan, with no cap and payment in the app, for €39/month. If you do nothing, the club moves to the free plan on its own and nothing is charged. See the plans.
Can I leave whenever I want?
Yes. There is no lock-in. You take your data with you exported in a standard file and we delete it from our servers.
Next Thursday your mixin can be full and paid for
Start today with 30 days of the Club plan for free. If you would rather see it first with someone talking you through it, ask for a twenty-minute demo.
