Software for padel clubs: mixins and americanos without WhatsApp
Mixins, americanos and sign-up for tournaments and leagues, genuinely managed: online sign-up with limited places, an automatic waiting list, payment through your club's own card terminal and an app carrying your branding. No commission, and no chance of your players seeing the competition.
The gap your booking system leaves
Your booking system manages courts. It does not manage events with a list. And events with a list are half the social life of a padel club: managing padel events is exactly the part that is still stuck in the chat.
Court booking
Playtomic, Matchi, Resasports or the module on your website. It works: one court, one hour, one payer. Leave it alone.
Events with a list
Mixins, americanos, tournaments, leagues, group lessons. Twenty or forty people, a cap, order of arrival, a waiting list and individual payment.
A WhatsApp group
Which has no cap, no order, no payment and no history. And which eats several hours a week of someone on your team.
What it does, without the marketing
Online sign-up with a real cap
A cap that cannot be overwritten, signing up alone or as a pair, matching between people looking for a partner, a waiting list that moves up on its own and automatic notifications.
See online sign-up ModuleAn app with your club's branding
Your logo, your colour and your own address, with no signature of ours. And no club search and no competitor a click away: the only people who reach your list are the ones with your link.
See the white labelPayment through your own terminal
Card and Bizum through your bank's virtual terminal (Redsys). The money goes straight into the club's account: we are not a payment intermediary and there is no commission on what you collect.
The organiser panel
Drag players to pair them up, assign courts and match-ups, mark payments taken by hand, draw prizes by person and message whoever needs messaging on WhatsApp.
Several events in parallel
Mixed on Monday, men's on Wednesday, women's on Friday and open (anyone can join) on Saturday. Each with its own list, cap, price and organiser, and if one moves to another day, it moves without losing anyone on the list.
Tournament sign-up
A cap per category, payment per pair and a waiting list for your social tournament. The draw and the standings are still yours to run.

How a mixin is run with Mixines
No cuts and no animations: the real app, from start to finish.
- The organiser opens the mixin and shares a fixed link with the club group.
- Players sign up from their phone, as a pair or alone, with nothing to install.
- The waiting list moves up on its own when somebody drops out.
- The organiser swaps partners and runs the prize draw from the same screen.
Which clubs this is for (and which it is not)
Mixines is specialist software: it does one thing, a padel club's events with a list, and it does not pretend to be the club's all-in-one management system. Better to know that up front.
Your club lives on its events
- You run mixins, americanos or group lessons every week and handle them on WhatsApp today.
- You need limited places, a waiting list and payment at sign-up, with different prices for members and non-members.
- You already have a booking system or a membership program and do not want to change it: Mixines sits alongside.
You want an all-in-one management system
- You need membership management, recurring fees or access control for the facility: it does not do that.
- You are looking for court booking: your booking system already handles that.
- You need tournament draws, league calendars or automatic standings: it does not run them yet, and we say so on the pricing page.
The club's software, not a third party's platform
It is the difference that weighs most when a club compares options, and the one the competition's website works hardest to blur.
| Marketplace / community app | Mixines | |
|---|---|---|
| Branding the player sees | The platform's | Your logo and your colour |
| Other clubs visible | Yes, that is the business model | None |
| Who owns the data | The platform | The club, in writing |
| Commission on payments | Standard practice | 0%: you collect through your own terminal |
| Player sign-up | An account plus an app installed | A link, no password |
| If you leave | The players stay there | You take the exported data with you |
| Replaces your booking system | Yes | No: it lives alongside it |
Plans and pricing
The price is published, with no sales call: 30 days of the Club plan free when you sign up, a free plan that never expires and two paid plans with no lock-in. Prices exclude VAT.

A list with a cap, an automatic waiting list, member and non-member pricing, a prize draw. Up to 50 players signed up a month, across as many mixins as you like; you collect payment outside the app and mark it by hand.
Club
No cap, players pay in the app (your terminal, Bizum or your payment links), your logo and your colour, no TribuGEO signature and support over WhatsApp. €390 a year paying annually.
Club +
Everything in the Club plan, plus your own domain, a tailored set-up and priority support.
One week, with nothing to migrate
Day 1 · Sign-up and training
A 20-minute video call with whoever is going to organise. There is no installation, no server and no integration with your booking system.
Day 2 · First event in production
You publish this week's mixin and send the link to the usual group. The first event is already the real thing, and you start with 30 days of the Club plan for free.
Day 7 · Payments and branding
We switch your terminal on in test mode, you make a test payment and then go live. And we apply your logo and your colour to everything the player sees.
Month 2 · Stop depending on one person
Anyone on your team can run the list with the same organiser access. The mixin no longer lives on somebody's phone.
Questions clubs ask
Do I have to drop Playtomic or Matchi?
No, and we would not recommend it. They handle court booking, which is a different problem and one you have already solved. Mixines handles events with a list, which is what you run in WhatsApp today.
What does it cost?
You start with 30 days of the Club plan for free, with no card. After that there is a free plan that never expires, with the list, automatic reserves and the prize draw, up to 50 players signed up a month and payment outside the app, marked by hand. The Club plan removes the cap and adds payment in the app (terminal, Bizum or your payment links), your logo and your colour, and takes our signature off, for €39/month with no lock-in. See all the plans.
Do you take a commission per player or per payment?
No. Not per player, not per event, and not on the amount collected. The money goes straight from the player to the club's account through your own terminal; we never touch it.
What if my club has no virtual terminal?
On the Club plan you can start with your external payment links in the meantime, and on any plan you can take payment at reception and mark it by hand. The terminal goes on when you have one. Almost every Spanish bank issues a Redsys virtual terminal; it is activated with three details.
Does it work for group lessons or only for mixins?
It works for any event with a cap, order of arrival and individual payment: mixins, americanos, group lessons, tournaments, leagues and club trips.
What happens to my players' data?
It belongs to the club. TribuGEO acts as data processor, under contract. We do not contact your players, we do not cross data between clubs and we export everything to you whenever you ask. Phone numbers are deleted after twelve months and only the organiser sees them.
Does Mixines manage club members and fees, or only events?
Only events with a list: mixins, americanos, group lessons and sign-up for tournaments and leagues. It does not hold member records, collect recurring fees or control access. What it does do is charge members and non-members a different price for each event.
Can I use it if the club already has membership or access-control software?
Yes. Mixines works alongside it, with no integrations: players sign up through a link and there is no need to touch the software you already have.
Do I have to move the players from my WhatsApp group or spreadsheet into Mixines?
There is nothing to import. You send the mixin link to the usual group and each player signs up on their own, with their name and a contact phone number.
What support do I get if something goes wrong on the day of the event?
It depends on the plan: email on the free plan, WhatsApp on the Club plan and priority WhatsApp on Club +.
