For mixin organisers

You do not have to be a club. If you are the one who puts together Thursday's mixin for the usual group, this is built for you: the list, payment up front and the draw, without having to chase anybody.

The organiser who does not get paid to organise

There is one profile holding up half of Spanish social padel that appears in no market study: the person who runs the group. They do not work at the club, they are not paid for it, and they spend between two and five hours a week copying lists, chasing payments and rebuilding pairs.

They do it because they enjoy it. And they stop, almost always, when they get tired of being the group's debt collector.

Mixines is built for that case too. No club, no contract and no card. You start with 30 days of the Club plan for free: you publish your event, send the link to the group and stop keeping the list by hand. After that, the free plan gives you up to 50 players signed up a month forever, across as many mixins as you like, with payment outside the app; if you go past that, the Club plan has no cap.
What changes

The three hours a week you get back

Before

Copying and pasting the list

Every time someone signs up, drops out or changes partner, somebody has to retype the whole message. Twelve or fifteen times per event.

Before

Chasing the money

Thirty-six transfers, a notebook and always three you forget about until the following week. Plus the awkward conversation.

Before

Messaging the reserves

Sunday night, someone drops out, and there you are messaging people one by one to see who can make it.

  • The list runs itself. Everyone signs up, drops out and changes partner from their own phone, and everybody sees the same version.
  • The money, under control. On the free plan you collect outside the app and mark by hand who has paid. On the Club plan players pay at sign-up, through your terminal, Bizum or your payment links.
  • The reserves move up on their own, in order and at any hour, without you having to watch your phone.
  • The draw is generated with one button, and from the final list, not the one from two days ago.
The organiser panel on a phone: the state of the list, saved blocks for complete pairs, and the buttons to open another mixin, clear the list and archive it.
The organiser panel fits on a phone, because that is where a mixin actually gets organised: standing by the court, not sitting in an office.
When to move to a paid plan

Start free. Move up only if it pays.

Stay on free if…

You stay under 50 players a month

With the list, automatic reserves, the prize draw and a message ready for WhatsApp you have plenty. It does not expire and we will not ask for your card. We add up the players signed up to every mixin with its match that month: four mixins of 8 fit; four of 16 do not. And you collect the money yourself, outside the app.

Move to Club if…

You go past 50 a month or want players to pay in the app

The Club plan has no cap, players pay in the app by card, Bizum or your payment links, removes the TribuGEO signature and gives you your own address. €39/month with no lock-in, which pays for itself the moment you stop covering places out of your own pocket.

Questions

Questions from independent organisers

Do I need the club's permission to use it?

No. You manage your list and your group; the club carries on managing its courts as always. If the club later wants to adopt it for all its events, your group can be migrated without losing anything.

Does the free plan expire?

No. It is free forever and needs no card. It has two limits: 50 players signed up a month, across all your mixins, and a single organiser. An open list is never cut off: once you reach 50, what you cannot do is open another mixin that month. And the app does not take payment: you collect outside and mark by hand who has paid. And it carries a discreet TribuGEO signature on the page players see. When you sign up you start with 30 days of the Club plan for free, with no card; when it ends you move to the free plan on your own, and nothing is charged or deleted.

Can I take payments as a private individual?

On the free plan you collect outside the app (cash, Bizum to your number…) and mark by hand who has paid; players see no pay button. On the Club plan players pay in the app: with your external payment links (Bizum, your own payment link), which need no terminal, or with a virtual card terminal in the name of the club or the organiser.

What if I organise at several different clubs?

No problem: you create one event per venue and day. Each with its own list, price and cap.
