This site provides information about Mixines, a software-as-a-service (SaaS) product for padel clubs and sports event organisers, covering sign-up management, waiting lists, payments and competition draws. Access to the site is free of charge, other than the user's own connection costs.

3. Terms of use

The user undertakes to use the site in accordance with the law, with this legal notice and in good faith, refraining from using it for unlawful purposes or from taking any action that could damage, overload or prevent the normal operation of the site.

The content of this site is informational and does not constitute legal, tax or sporting advice. The specific terms of the contracted service are set out in the subscription contract and the data processing agreement signed with each client.

4. Intellectual and industrial property

The text, design, code, trade marks and logos on this site are owned by Argentina Pura S.L. or used under licence. Their reproduction, distribution or transformation without express authorisation is prohibited, other than quotation with a link to the source.

Third-party trade marks that may be referred to (for example, court booking systems or payment gateways) belong to their respective owners and are mentioned solely for identification and comparison.
