What it costs to run your club's mixins, americanos and tournament sign-up. You start with 30 days of the Club plan for free; after that, a genuinely free plan or two paid plans with no lock-in. When the Club plan pays for itself
The sum is simple and it does not depend on us. The Club plan costs €39 a month. A weekly mixin with 16 places at €8 moves €512 a month. With one drop-out left unfilled per event you are losing €32 a month in empty places alone, and that is the visible part.
The invisible part is time: between two and five hours a week of someone on your team copying lists and chasing payments. At any reasonable hourly cost, the plan pays for itself before the second week.
The quick rule: if your club goes past 50 players signed up a month (a weekly mixin of 16 is already 64), wants players to pay in the app at sign-up by card, Bizum or your payment links, or wants players to see the club's logo rather than ours, you need Club. If not, the free plan will do. And if you are still choosing the format, start with what a mixin is and how it is run.
Questions about pricing and billing
Is there a minimum term?
No. You can cancel whenever you want from the panel. You take your data with you exported and we delete it.
Do the prices include VAT?
Prices are shown excluding VAT. We issue a Spanish invoice with VAT in the club's name, and if you have an intra-EU VAT number we apply the reverse charge.
Do you charge anything per player or per event?
No. The fee is fixed, regardless of how many events you run and how many people sign up. A club with three weekly mixins pays the same as one with a single monthly event.
What commission do you take from what I collect?
None. The money goes from the player to the club's account through your own terminal. You pay the rate you have already negotiated with your bank, and we never see that money at any point.
Can I pay annually?
Yes, with two months off: €390 a year on the Club plan. Still with no lock-in; if you cancel we refund the unused part.
Is there a set-up fee?
No. Sign-up, training and configuring the card terminal are included. If you need your own domain on Club+, we configure it at no extra cost.
How does the 30-day trial work?
When you sign up you get the full Club plan for 30 days, with no card: players pay in the app (through your own terminal, Bizum or your payment links), your logo and your colour, no signature of ours and no cap. When it ends, the club moves to the free plan on its own. Nothing is charged and nothing is deleted. If you want to keep everything, you subscribe to the Club plan from the panel.
Does the free plan expire?
No. What lasts 30 days is the Club plan trial; you can stay on the free plan for as long as you like, as long as its 50 players signed up a month are enough for you.
Do I need a card to get started?
No. Signing up asks for no payment details: not for the 30 days of the Club plan, and not for staying on the free plan afterwards, which carries no contract.
What happens if I reach 50 players in a month on the free plan?
We add up the players signed up on the list of every mixin with its match in that calendar month, from the 1st to the last day, archived ones included. The waiting list does not count until someone moves up, and a drop-out gives its place back. An open list is never cut off: once you reach 50, the lists you already have open keep filling; the only thing you cannot do is open another mixin that month, weekly repeats included. The panel shows “X of 50 players signed up this month”. To open more that month, the Club plan has no cap.
Can I take payments on the free plan?
Yes, but outside the app. On the free plan players see no pay button: you collect in cash, by Bizum to your number or at reception, and mark on the list by hand who has paid. You can keep your payment links saved in Settings; players see them once you move to the Club plan, together with payment through your terminal and Bizum.
What is the difference between Club and Club +?
Club + includes everything in the Club plan and adds your own domain (for example, events.yourclub.com), a tailored set-up and priority support. If you need something the product does not do, we talk it through and tell you whether we can build it and when.
